With nearly 40 years of experience in mechanical engineering, software development, sales leadership, and the construction industry, Dave brings a rare blend of technical expertise and industry insight to everything he builds.

A true entrepreneur, Dave bootstrapped TopBuilder from concept to reality, transforming it into one of the industry’s most trusted CRMs. He later launched ContractorBI™ to meet the growing demand for construction-specific business intelligence, financial transparency, and predictive analytics—helping contractors uncover insights and drive smarter decisions.

Under his leadership, TopBuilder and ContractorBI™ have expanded nationwide, formed strategic partnerships with Procore, Sage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and built a strong reputation for innovation, customer care, and results. Dave remains hands-on in product development, customer success, and company strategy—committed to delivering cutting-edge tools that solve real problems for contractors across North America.
