It all began with one conversation. A conversation over ten years ago that led Dave Knowles to say, “enough is enough.” From this moment on, Dave took it upon himself to create a unique software solution to solve the unique problems construction companies faced daily.

In previous experience, Dave owned several construction companies, worked as a mechanical engineer, software engineer, and was a software consultant. He knew, if anyone could do it, it would be him. 

Dave worked for years on creating the foundation of the software we use today. In early 2011, it was ready to go live. We are proud to announce that we now have hundreds of builders and contractors across the US and Canada using TopBuilder.

Dave's Highlights:

Dave Knowles founded TopBuilder Solutions in 2008 to focus on Sales, CRM, and Marketing solutions for Home Builders and Real Estate Sales Professionals.

He has nearly 3 decades in commercial software and IT consulting services with a heavy focus on CRM and Marketing technologies.

He was with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for 7 years. Additionally, he spent 11 years at Compaq/Hewlett-Packard where he managed their global CRM project and was the youngest manager promoted into the IT organization.

Dave won multiple awards for developing and managing at Compaq/HP’s e-commerce, CRM, and sales & marketing software.
