Don Lott

Don hosts live training sessions for TopBuilder users, helping them with everything from setting up notifications and workflows to navigating the CRM. He previously ran a national training program for T-Mobile and also worked in the construction industry.

Ty Waters

Ty works closely with construction firms of all sizes, helping them through the CRM implementation process and providing ongoing support for strategic initiatives that drive results. She has a background in account and project management as well as education, having previously worked for Boeing Security and taught English as a second language.

Tina Merritt

Tina is often the person to meet new TopBuilder users and oversees all aspects of business operations. She has more than 20 years of experience in business administration, including working with the Umpa Group, Cinemark, AMC, and San Antonio Federal Credit Union.

Rob Herrington

Rob helps TopBuilder prospects and customers surpass their sales targets by capturing leads, centralizing processes and simplifying bidding, quoting and email marketing. He has more than 15 years of experience in sales for the software, oil and gas, government, construction and engineering industries, including working for Avolution, Orbis and Audimation Services.

Dave Knowles

Dave founded TopBuilder to be a CRM for home builders and a complete business development solution. He has nearly three decades of experience in commercial software and IT consulting. He previously worked with Arthur Anderson/Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and spent his early career in IT for Compaq/Hewlett-Packard, where he managed a global CRM project.
