Does Beiing Human replace our accounting system?

No, it sits in front of it. Your ERP stays the system of record and your existing approval workflow stays intact. Beiing Human handles capture, coding and routing, then writes the finished invoice back in.

How does the data actually get into the ERP?

Natively. For Viewpoint Vista, that’s a certified bi-directional sync through Trimble App XChange, running every 15 minutes into AP Unapproved Invoice Entry. There is no CSV to export and re-import. If a vendor asks you to do that, know that the work has been moved, not automated.

Do we need Procore or a project management system?

No. Beiing Human works directly against your accounting system. A PM platform is optional.
