Job Summary

TopBuilder is looking for an amazing, data-driven, and creative marketer who will help us grow our company.

This position is responsible for assisting our Sales and Marketing Director as they work to grow TopBuilder’s Service program. This position does require flexibility as multiple tasks are worked on simultaneously.

This position in particular will help the Sales and Marketing Director build new brand images, build new websites, write new content, generate new leads, and ultimately, get new customers. This is an extremely rewarding opportunity as you will be trained how to build data-driven marketing programs from the ground up.

This is an entry level position; however, we are looking for a creative individual who is eager and motivated to learn. We cannot emphasize enough how much we want someone who will approach each challenge with a positive attitude and be an asset to our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a reminder, this position will require flexibility as many different tasks are worked on simultaneously. Here is a summarized list of job duties and responsibilities.

  • Design and development print/digital marketing materials.
    • These marketing materials will be designed using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Write new marketing content to generate leads. 
    • This content will come in multiple forms, such as websites, blogs, emails, social media posts, etc.
  • Design and develop highly customized websites.
    • These websites will be built using the latest technology and will follow the highest web development standards.
  • Learn how to use the TopBuilder CRM.
    • We will use TopBuilder CRM to send out high quality information to our current customer list.
  • Measure marketing campaign effectiveness by reviewing analytics.
    • We will use this data and analytics to make better marketing decisions.

Digital Marketing Specialist:

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Some experience in marketing helps but is not required.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker, who can communicate professionally.
  • Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite
