Crew Assignments
Whenever a crew is assigned to a job, TopBuilder will send them an automated message alerting them to the new job. This alerts include automated updates to their calendar. If the job dates are edit, changed, or removed, it will automatically be reflected on their calendar.

We've designed a new color-coded calendar system. This color-coded system makes it easy to spot scheduling conflicts and overlaps in your schedule.
Status Indicators
In addition to begin color-coded, we've added red and green status indicators. The status indicators are used to quickly identify which job and trade requirements need your immediate attention.
