Below we’ll highlight the six key steps you’ll experience during your TopBuilder implementation.
1. Needs Analysis
Before we begin explaining our solutions, we’ll conduct a proper Needs Analysis.
We start with this because we’ll be more effective at implementing the right solution that addresses your pain points, your short-term and long-term goals, and integrate with the tools you already use.
Additionally, don’t be shy about expressing your concerns. If you have employees that resist change, we’ll love to hear that information upfront.
2. Project Plan
Once your software has been purchased, we work together to build a project plan.
We do have a unique approach to our implementations, but it’s important to work together to devise a plan that works for you and your employees. We’ll work on developing timelines, objectives, and who is responsible for achieving the expected results.
3. Data Conversion
For many implementations, a data transfer is necessary.
It’s important to take this time to remove bad data and any duplicate data. In other words, this process will benefit you by providing you with clean data moving forward.
Additionally, we’ll make sure your data is secured and backed-up in the event of any failures.
You’ll receive unlimited expert guidance with your new TopBuilder software. The sooner you can implement your technology, the sooner you can build a positive return-on-investment.
At TopBuilder, this part is so important to us that we offer unlimited support during the implementation process. We do this because software implementations can lead to new objectives or needs. This gives you the assurance of reaching out for guidance whatever the situation may be.
It’s not uncommon to add new employees during the implementation process. To help, we’ve put a structure in place for new employees to receive the training they need to be successful.
At a minimum, your training will include periodic full-team training sessions, Q/A with our software/technology experts, and personalized training sessions for new staff members and/or key employees.
6. Post-Installation Follow-Up
Once your software has been implemented, we’ll schedule numerous check-ins with you.
Why is this so important? New employees, new departments, new technology, or other software integrations will change your company’s technology landscape. This can impact how your software is being used by your team. With continual check-ins, we stay on top of these changes and ensure your software is maximized and achieiving its full potential.
