As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. Inside Sales Consultant:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation and Management: Identify and cultivate potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Manage and track lead generation efforts using TopBuilder’s CRM software.

· Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing how our software solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.

· Sales Closure: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closure, including negotiation and contract signing. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and customer service.

Inside Sales Consultant:

Qualifications

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software, technology, or construction-related fields.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using and demonstrating software. Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.

· Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
