Outside Software Sales Consultant:

Key Responsibilities

  1. · Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the TopBuilder product and its value to the construction industry.

    · Client Acquisition and Development: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with new prospective clients in the construction industry.

    · Networking and Promotion: Actively communicate, network, and sell to both new and existing industry groups and organizations. Become a prominent voice for TopBuider by participating, educating, and speaking at trade shows, user groups, and industry events to raise brand and solution awareness.

    · Sales Enablement: Manage necessary sales collateral, presentations, and demonstration environments, ensuring readiness to engage prospects effectively.

    · Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Meet or exceed sales targets by driving the sales process from plan to close.

    · Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for your prospects and clients.

Outside Software Sales Consultant:


· Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in the construction, software, or technology sectors.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product value to customers.

· Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

· Self-Motivated: Highly motivated individual with a drive for success and the ability to work independently.

· Travel: Willingness and ability to travel within the United States.

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
